Join us for our first online northern fundraising conference!

This year, for the first time, the Chartered Institute of Fundraising North East, North West and Yorkshire regional groups are joining together for an online conference, which will be split across two half days. We also have an on-demand programme of case studies that you can watch in your own time.

Events and conferences organised by Chartered Institute Head Office

If you register for an event organised by Chartered Institute Head Office, your information will be used to administer your attendance. In some instances this may include collecting special category information, for instance, to provide the appropriate access facilities and for dietary requirements. This information will be accessible under the ‘need to know’ principle. We will share anonymised information with venues and caterers in order to ensure the requirements are facilitated.

Events and conferences organised by Chartered Institute Groups

If you register for an event organised by a Group, your information will be stored in Eventbrite and used to administer your attendance. Eventbrite handle the payments for events on behalf of the Chartered Institute Groups and will keep information required for financial legal reasons, to manage refunds and disputes for 7 years. In this respect they are a data controller. For all other data, the Chartered Institute is the data controller.

This information will be accessible under the ‘need to know’ principle. Anonymised information will be shared with venues and caterers in order to ensure the requirements are facilitated.

Only permitted Group Committee Members and Chartered Institute Head Office staff will have access to the personal and special category information you provide.
