Craig Fordham

Director of Legacies at Macmillan Cancer Support

Craig is Macmillan Cancer Support's first ever Director of Legacies. He's spent 20 years at Macmillan in a number of diverse roles from Supporter Donations to Innovation via Individual Marketing and Special Events. Most notably he led Macmillan's Challenge Events team for 11 years where he increased net income from £1.5m to £12m and built a culture of delivering unrivalled experiences. A passionate exponent of Relationship Fundraising he's now tasked with embedding legacies throughout the charity and raising £1billion by 2026.

Why am I involved in Fundraising Convention?

I’m on the Board because I’m passionate about driving standards of fundraising up and sharing learnings to enable us all to change the world for the better.  What I love most about Convention is the energy, the passion and the willingness to collaborate and help each other.
