The #ChangeCollective Award

For an individual or organisation that has championed equality, diversity and inclusion in their fundraising or within their fundraising workforce.

Building on the values set out in the Institute of Fundraising’s Manifesto for Change, this new award celebrates the work an individual or organisation has done to promote equality, diversity and inclusion in their fundraising activity, campaigns or organisational ways of working.

When judging, the following areas will be taken into consideration:

  • What action, activity or campaign was undertaken to champion equality, diversity and inclusion?
  • What was innovative and inspirational about the approach?
  • What was the impact of the activity or campaign?
  • What long-term change has or will be achieved as a result?

Please note: each question box has a maximum count of 3000 characters, which is approximately 500 words.
