Please include some or all of the criteria from below in your supporting statement:

- The background story in respect of the nominee’s/s work for the charity
- The length of time that they have been involved with the organisation
- The nature and extent of the fundraising undertaken
- The significance and difference this fundraising has made to the organisation or a particular community
- Innovative methods / approach to fundraising
- Ways in which the young fundraiser/s have been an inspiration to others

Please note: if the nominee is under 16, we will need to confirm directly with their parent or guardian (with parental responsibilities) that they have given permission for their story to be shared and that a suitable adult will be present when the young person is attending the online awards ceremony (if they are participating). All shortlisted nominees will be contacted directly by the Chartered Institute of Fundraising's Head of Professional Conduct and Inclusion to confirm their consent and share safeguarding guidance and contact details.
