The Midlands fundraising awards 2024 is your chance to recognise colleagues in the Midlands and to celebrate their achievements.

This year, we have three awards open for nominations. When completing the nomination form below, please specify which award you are nominating for by using the dropdown box.

Mandi Hine Inclusivity Award

We are proud to remember our friend Mandi Hine’s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusivity as a priority in fundraising through the Mandi Hine Inclusivity Award.

The award (which will be presented for the first time in 2024) is open to an individual or team or organisation in the Midlands.  The winner will be chosen based on the following criteria:

Being able to demonstrate an effective campaign/website/process/event implemented during the last two years, which has at the forefront, one or more of the following elements:

Rising Star

We are committed to developing new fundraisers in the Midlands. Do you know someone who you consider to be a rising star in fundraising?  If you think someone you work with in your charity or another fits the description of a rising star, please nominate them.  This award is open to individuals working in the Midlands charity sector, who began their role in the fundraising profession within the last two years.

Fundraiser of the Year

We are all proud fundraisers and want to recognise someone who has been a shining example of the best of the profession in the past year.  This award is open to individuals working in the Midlands charity sector, who have achieved over and above expectations this year.

The deadline for applications is 17.00 on Friday, 23 August 2024.

Applications for the Midlands Awards 2024 will be accessed by the judging panel which is made up of members of the Chartered Institute Midlands committee members and third parties invited by the Chartered Institute Midlands committee. 

The judging panel will use the information you provide to process your application and come to agreement about the outcome.

Information from your application will also be used during the event and post event for promotional purposes and may appear on our website and social media posts.

Application forms will be kept until 10 November 2024 after which they will be securely destroyed.
